Privacy Policy
How Krolify collects and uses your data on this landing page.
Last updated: May 13, 2026
Short version: we collect your email when you sign up for the waitlist, and we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure traffic and conversions. We don't sell your data. If you're in the EU/EEA/UK, you have full GDPR rights — including the right to be deleted. Email
olekpronko@gmail.com to exercise them.
1. Who we are
This site (the "Site") is operated by Krolify ("we", "us", "our"), based in Toruń, Poland. For any privacy questions, contact us at olekpronko@gmail.com.
For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, Krolify is the data controller for the personal data described below.
2. What we collect
a) Email addresses (waitlist sign-ups)
When you submit the email form on this Site, we store:
- the email address you provided;
- the date and time of submission;
- a referrer or campaign tag if one was passed in the URL (e.g.
?ref=);
- basic technical metadata such as your IP address and user-agent, used to prevent abuse.
b) Analytics & advertising data
We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-4ZBTWK6YVR) and Google Ads (account AW-18146621413) to understand how visitors find and use the Site, and to measure the performance of ads we run. These tools set cookies and may collect:
- pages viewed, session duration, scroll depth, clicks;
- approximate location (country/region) inferred from IP;
- device, browser, and operating system;
- a Google-generated client ID and, for ad campaigns, conversion identifiers (GCLID).
Google acts as an independent processor / controller for the data it collects through these tags. See Google's Privacy Policy.
3. Why we use it (legal bases)
- Waitlist email — to send you one launch email and occasional updates about Krolify. Legal basis: your consent (submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in launching the product.
- Anti-abuse metadata (IP, user-agent) — to prevent spam and bot sign-ups. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Analytics & Ads — to measure traffic, improve the Site, and attribute ad conversions. Legal basis: your consent where required by law (EU/EEA/UK), otherwise our legitimate interest.
4. How long we keep it
- Waitlist emails: until the product launches plus up to 24 months after, or until you unsubscribe / request deletion, whichever comes first.
- Analytics data: per Google Analytics retention defaults (currently 14 months for event-level data).
- Server logs and anti-abuse metadata: up to 90 days.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share limited data only with the service providers needed to operate this Site:
- Google LLC — Analytics & Ads (US, with EU Standard Contractual Clauses);
- our hosting provider, for the sole purpose of serving the Site;
- email-delivery providers, if and when we send the launch email.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers (notably Google) process data in the United States. Where personal data of EU/EEA/UK residents is transferred outside the European Economic Area, those transfers rely on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Cookies & similar technologies
This Site sets the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary — none beyond what your browser uses by default.
- Analytics & advertising — set by Google Analytics and Google Ads (e.g.
_ga, _gid, _gcl_*).
You can block these cookies in your browser settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or use a private/incognito window.
8. Your rights — EU / EEA / UK residents
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Erase ("right to be forgotten") your data;
- Restrict or object to specific processing, including direct marketing;
- Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect prior lawful processing);
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format;
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
To exercise any of these rights, email olekpronko@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
This Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has submitted their email, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and legal landscape evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist subscribers where appropriate.
